All artworks reproduced on this website are the original works of Deepak Shinde. Copyright in all artworks, images, and texts on this site — including photography of works, written essays, and biographical material — is held by Deepak Shinde and/or the Studio, or is used with the permission of the respective rights holders (including quoted critical texts, which remain the copyright of their authors and publishers).

No image, text, or other content from this website may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used in any manner without prior written permission from the Studio, except as permitted under applicable law (such as fair dealing for private study, criticism, or review, with attribution).

Requests for image use — for publication, research, or educational purposes — are welcome via the Contact page or studio@deepakshinde.com.

All images of artworks on this website are published for viewing on this site only. No image may be downloaded, saved, screen-captured, printed, reproduced, adapted, or republished — in print, online, in social media, in AI training datasets, or in any other medium — without the prior written permission of the Studio.

Images are served at screen resolution and are not supplied for reproduction. Requests for reproduction-quality images, licensing, or permission to publish should be made in writing to studio@deepakshinde.com, stating the intended use, medium, and territory.

Where permission is granted, the agreed credit line must accompany the image, and the image may not be cropped, overlaid, colour-altered, or otherwise modified.
